Associated with celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton in the past, the clinic is facing legal troubles after discarding 16 embryos belonging to a couple. As per a September 13 report from TMZ, the couple alleges the loss of the embryos has cost them the opportunity to have children.
Devastated by the incident, the couple plans to sue Dr. Huang and his fertility clinic this week and go public with their ordeal. The identity of the couple remains unrevealed, but they are confirmed not to be celebs. Peiffer Wolf’s partner, Adam B. Wolf, will be representing the couple.

Huang was hailed as ‘IVF Magician’ by Kim Kardashian after he helped Kim conceive three of her youngest children with ex-husband, Kanye West. Impressed by the results, Kim introduced Huang to her sister Khloé Kardashian, long-time friend Paris Hilton, and hairdresser Jen Atkin.
Dr. Huang is confirmed to have helped Kim’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, get pregnant with her second child, Tatum. Khloe conceived the child through surrogacy and shares him with her husband, Tristan Thompson.
