Peiffer Wolf is investigating Target and Kohl’s for their alleged misleading “Black Friday” sales practices, in which regularly-priced products and products already offered at sale prices were advertised as discounted “Black Friday” deals.

If you made a Target and/or Kohl’s purchase on “Black Friday”, or traveled to a Target and/or Kohl’s location and did not make a purchase because the “Black Friday” price was the same as a previous sale price, contact us for a Free Consultation by filling out an online contact form or by calling 504-605-1542

Black Friday “Deals”

Target and Kohl’s have allegedly relied on deceptively advertising sales in order to drum up store traffic. Items were listed as “Black Friday” deals, but had previously been offered for sale at the same price.

For example, it is being reported that a television was offered as a “Black Friday” deal for $429.99, but in reality, the television was already being offered for sale for $429.99 prior to “Black Friday.”
