Carson Kern is Of Counsel in the firm’s New Orleans office, where he advocates for plaintiffs in the firm’s investment fraud and consumer protection practice groups.
Carson attended law school at the Florida State University College of Law, where he earned his J.D. During his time in law school, he received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia.
Carson began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted domestic violence offenses. Before joining the firm, Carson served as a General Attorney in the Office of General Law at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Outside of work, Carson enjoys cheering on Florida State football, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their cat, Petunia.
