Khushpreet (Khush) Mehton is an Associate in the firm’s San Francisco Office. Khush represents plaintiffs in Civil Rights Disability Discrimination and Class Action cases.
Khush attended the University of California, Davis where he earned a B.A. in sociology with law and society emphasis. Khush received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
Khush began his legal career by representing plaintiffs in civil rights disabled access cases throughout California. He successfully advocated on behalf of his clients as lead counsel, second chair, and first chair at bench trials. He also has extensive experience representing small business and property owners in disabled access lawsuits. Until recently, Khush also founded and successfully operated his own firm representing plaintiffs in disabled access litigation.
Khush is admitted to practice in all of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Khush is a member of the South Asian Bar Association for Northern California.
